Welcome to Mingalar Thukha. By accessing our storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering or checking out. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Products & descriptions

We sell Buddhist religious products and related goods. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference; slight variations in colour, craftsmanship, or packaging may occur. Prices and availability may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

3. Orders

  • An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational reasons.
  • Retail orders may support prepaid or cash-on-delivery methods where enabled.
  • Donate orders follow the donation checkout rules shown at checkout (for example prepaid payment and optional shipping address if recipients are assigned later).

4. Payment

You agree to pay all amounts due using an available payment method. For prepaid methods, please follow on-screen transfer instructions and provide any required payment proof.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, festivals, or weather. Risk of loss typically passes upon delivery to the address or recipient we have on record (or as otherwise agreed for donation fulfilment).

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or place orders with false information.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront. Our aggregate liability related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
